I had bought a Samsung washing machine and had to face some issue. I had registered a complaint with the Samsung service center. Their service team member from M/s Tirumala agency attended and charged Rs.13649/- for service on 21/4/22, but failed to rectify the issue. It is already 6 months and I have been following with the agency and Samsung customer care.

They are only telling new stories every time and not giving any solution and now stopped picking my calls, it has been a real torture and transmigrating my health condition. I kindly request the authority to take action against such agency who have been cheating customers.
