I purchased 48 inch Smart TV of Rs 73000 in 2018 whose Model no is UA4J5300ARLXL and Serial no is 0A3B3PBH201515M.In feb 2021 it's picture disappeared. In June,2021 Company told me it needs Panal replacement. From June 2021, Company is not repairing my TV because it says that they had stopped manufacturing product and spare.
Since last 19 months I am in grievance and uncomfort. I complaint to CEO,South Korea and CEO India and Customer care services as well as to local service centre,Rewa MP through Email address.
But no relief yet received to me.
