My refrigerator ice chamber was leaking gas. I registered a complain and samsung service visit took 410 rupees and said chamber will be replaced for rupees 2500 and compressor is working fine.

I agreed to replace the chamber. After 3 days the service boy appeared with the chamber and saying compressor is not working! They (puri branch customer service) are now charging me 6000 rupees from me saying water logging in comprey does not cover warranty.

Samsung Electronics is looting people like this. I have a warranty of 10 years on compressor but they are saying this is only valid for electrical fault, not for water lugging. Did I put water into the compressor!
