This is Moazzum Chishti and I bought an SAMSUNG AC last year , when they installed AC after installing the AC was not cooling well so I complaint three times to the customer service then every time different mechanics came and visited and told me Samsung ac cooling like this.
We used our AC three months past year because we have three or four months summer weather and this year summer weather started again and we started to use AC again but, the problem was same.
AC is not cooling like past year, I complaint again, a guy came and visit AC and told me you have to pay, because the gas leakage since last year that is a problem, so you have to pay.
But mentioned in the bill five years warranty on gas recharge, I told him that if you will not fix this problem, then I will go to consumer court. He told that he doesn't know, and he left.
So please fix my issue, 5 years warranty mentioned on the invoice and when i purchased this AC, Dealer had informed me that you will get 5 years warranty on gas recharge but since 10 days they are playing with me and solving my issue.
So please help me for fixing this problem. Thank you.
