Raised ticket for samsung service when my AC stopped working, after 2 days technician came and told condenser coil is gone, he ordered for spare parts which came after 2 weeks, service was done after 18 days of filing a request, the new part ordered got damaged after 3 days only.
Now I've to go through same process again, it's been 1 week already and no reply from service centre. I'm speaking with customer care people and they're of no help, just keep telling lies that your issue will be resolved at the earliest and all.
This isn't professional at all. The spare parts weren't new, they were of very cheap and worst quality, I'm requesting samsung to change my outdoor compressor unit, I don't want to wait again for cheap quality products.
It's been 4 weeks and I'm living without AC even after having a brand new AC bought in July 2021. How can Samsung not check quality of parts before sending to the customer?
How are they assuring that parts being used are of considerable quality? Shame on Samsung and entire fraternity of samsung for just telling lies and shadowing customer's queries, I'm fed up of this service attitude from samsung.
I've decided not to buy Samsung products ever again in my life, worst service and time waste literally.
