I was searching for a budget camera drone for my son on the internet.I came across an advertisement on Google for camera drone which was being sold for ₹489/- only.Clicking on the ad landed me on a website WWW.SALESSTORES.IN and the website seemed genuine to me as they are selling many apparels and lifestyle products.

At first I was suspicious of this website as I wasn't convinced that a camera drone can be that much cheap so I waited for a few days to place my order but after a few days the site showed the product out of stock and now I was convinced of its genuineness .

Next day again the product was in stock and this time I jumped on it to place my order. I paid ₹489/- for this camera drone through Google Pay app on 1st of July 2021.I am yet to receive any communication from the seller or website about order confirmation or shipping details.The mobile no displayed on the website always is always switched off and no reply either to the multiple emails sent to the mail id displayed on the website salesstore.in.

While the website is still functional and may be duping thousand of other innocent customer online.

Please direct my complaint to the proper authority so that a quick action is taken against the website owners and sellers on this website and their functioning is halted immediately so that others do not lose their money.
