I have placed my order on this website on 21th August but have not received any confirmation message or mail. I have ordered a shoe worth 399 I tried to contact on the given phone number and email address but no response. Even tried to contact on their instagram page. Its a fraud website....

I have ordered magic mop on this site and paid amount through gapy order is successful but I haven't received yet I'm calling to provided contact number and send mails to mail id but no response I want my refund and need to take action on that fraud site.many people are posting complaints on that but no response....

I ordered men's designer duffle bags from website salestores. in and made the payment through credit card. The payment was deducted from account and also payment confirmation and order number reflected on website for payment receipt But didn't receive any mail or message for order confirmation.

No message regarding order dispatch or any other status details. Tried calling the number given on website. It is switched off. Also tried mailing to the provide on site @gmail. com buy didn't receive any reply. Also not received the order yet....

I was searching for a budget camera drone for my son on the internet.I came across an advertisement on Google for camera drone which was being sold for ₹489/- only.Clicking on the ad landed me on a website WWW.SALESSTORES.IN and the website seemed genuine to me as they are selling many apparels and lifestyle products.

At first I was suspicious of this website as I wasn't convinced that a camera drone can be that much cheap so I waited for a few days to place my order but after a few days the site showed the product out of stock and now I was convinced of its genuineness .

Next day again the product was in stock and this time I jumped on it to place my order. I paid ₹489/- for this camera drone through Google Pay app on 1st of July 2021.I am yet to receive any communication from the seller or website about order confirmation or shipping details.The mobile no displayed on the website always is always switched off and no reply either to the multiple emails sent to the mail id displayed on the website salesstore.in.

While the website is still functional and may be duping thousand of other innocent customer online.

Please direct my complaint to the proper authority so that a quick action is taken against the website owners and sellers on this website and their functioning is halted immediately so that others do not lose their money.
