Mr. Ranjeet contact no. [Protected]/ [Protected].... was very rude in talk with me...he repaired my TV... there was a colour issue...he repaired for the colour issue, but after 5-6 days ...after repairing the same fault started showing...I called Mr. Ranjeet informing him ki colour issue ho raha hain...but he was not ready to accept...

I was having photo and video of colour issue toh usko manna pada...but after repairing 2nd time, he created other issue in my TV...now whenever I "ON"and "OFF" the TV.... the light getting fluctuate in middle of the TV which is showing till my TV is "ON" and upper and lower part of TV screen made worst...

I informed him at same time when he fixed the TV at my home...his younger brother told " wo 3-4 days mein normal hojayega..but things gets worst day by day...I call him after 4 days ki wo theekh nahi huwa...so his younger brother said wo nahi hoga...tumhara TV karab hain...I asked him ki "4-5 days phele ye light issue show nahi kar raha tha...ab second time apke repair ke baad huwa ye"...toh he said "tumara picture tube kharab hain ab Rs. 600 mein pura TV banega kiya"...

I asked him again ki "4-5 days phele bhi fir ye picture tube issue show karna chahiye tha..aapke 2nd repaired ke baad hi issue start kiu huwa"...he replied "tab nahi huwa hoga"... and I asked for the Repair Invoice..he said "nahi dete".. "Repair ka koi bill deta hain kya".....also when I when on his shop to discuss regarding my TV issue Mr. Ranjeet uses bad word which is related to "MOM" to me and created a scene over there......and stated " tujhe jo karna hain kar...teri jaisi ladki haazar dekhi hain...Mr Ranjeet don't have sense to talk with ladies..

Have a worst experience with Mr. Ranjeet behaviour and service.
