I had given my led tv at sai electronic pashan . Tv was going in standby mode for which he said me we need to replace the motherboard whose price will be 6.5k for which I denied and told him not to repair my tv within 15 min he called me again and said that it will be done in 4.5 but due to some doubts I denied his request and asked him to return my tv back without reparing . On the same day I took my tv in the evening since he was out of the shop in the afternoon . But after going home when I checked the tv there was no signal tv was not going in standby mode too ... So th next day morning I again took the tv to his shop and asked him to open it where I noticed that many components of my motherbord were missing when I asked him he said we need to do it for testing . Even after telling him not to repair my tv he had replaced my motherbord with some repaired bord at the end I asked him to repair my tv @4500 for whic he agreed and commited me to give the tv by 7.30 when I call him he said I am out and u can collect ur tv tomm morning I said ok but I need to check all my parts for which he started abusing me and said I will not give u ur tv and u need to pay me 5.5k if u want the tv back u can go to any cort or police but I will not give u the tv ... Pls let me know what I need to do in this matter ...
