MIS Is Not Getting From Six Months

Respected Sir, My sister (PADMA MANDAL) has deposited the amounts of Rs.4,00,000/- (Four Lakh ) rupees only on 15.12.2016 in Humara India Credit Co-operative Society Ltd. through Sahara India Private Ltd., Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand for MIS, Certificate No.[Protected], A/c No.[Protected]and Certificate No.[Protected].
A/c No.[Protected]but MIS is not getting to her from six months through Sahara India Private Ltd. I told the above mentioned matter staff of Sahara India Private Ltd. but no action has been taken through the staff of Sahara India Pvt. Ltd. My Sister is dependent in MIS. So, I request to you solve the above mentioned matter.
