SAHARA MATURITY AMOUNT IS NOT BEING PAID

My agent has invested my Rs.10,16,700 ( Ten Lac Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred Rupees ) in MIS scheme in HUMARA INDIA CREDIT COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED for a period of 36 months.
He told me that I will receive Rs. 11,020 per month for 36 months. For the past few months I haven't received a single penny. My bond has matured on 19 March 2022. My past 8 months monthly payments are also pending.
I've contacted my agent but he is always making new excuses and not returning back my money. Please help me to get back my maturity amount Rs.10,16,700 along with 8 month monthly payment 11,020 x 8 = Rs. 88,160
