They charge booking amount and don't provide the service! They do this regularly. Firstly they make big promises. Insists on making the payments. Once they receive the payment, they keep you waiting for the cab! And make silly excuses at last moment! It makes people miss their flight and trains.
Have received similar feedbacks from other customers as well. They do this with most of the tourists and tourists cannot do anything since they belong to other place. The lost money is lost. They block you from everywhere! They even delete the reviews and feedbacks.
I was waiting for the cab for more than an hour. Still didn't get and missed the flight. Huge loss because of such scammers. They torture tourists and make their experience worst. Never fall prey to any such scam service. Instead use the recognised services which fulfill the promise and doesn't cause such torture!
Serious action needs to be taken against the scammers called as safedrivecabs. They should learn the lesson and should never play with the emotions of the tourists! As they keep doing it with people. With Indians, they give such problems, the foreigners are more harassed in every way and they become helpless.

Fraud Alert. Scam Alert. DO NOT BOOK CABS He calls himself Varun and answers all the calls. Lures you in with a discount and will force you for an advance payment. The advance amount will be not more than [Protected]so that the cost does not burden You. The cab will never show up and in real you will stop chasing him for petty amount paid. Beware!

Biggest Scam ever happened. Booked cab from Haldwani, no one showed up. This is a personal number not even commercial number. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD. Shame on these people. Cheaters..

We took a cab for round trip delhi haridwar mussorie delhi . It was an amazing experience . Our contact point was Varun from safecab and he provided us the assurance that we will not face any issue throughout journey and he delivered the same. Our driver Anthony was very humble and polite and very cooperative. I would highly recommend their cab service to everyone. Looking forward for more journeys together.

We ladies were traveling their cab, the cab driver was looking at us with the vulgar sense. Very unsafe travel with this scam company. their drivers are sick and we felt very unsafe while driving. no help at all, cab was not even registered. AVOID THIS SCAM
I took a cab from Delhi to Haldwani on 3 August. It was an amazing journey with Safe drive cabs. It was a quick booking without any hassle. Safe and secure journey with them. I will surely recommend my friends and family to take their reliable services. Best services in the market.
