With due respect, my name is _Ankita Dhammi working in IT department as Project Manager right now.
I beg to state that I am a regular user of cab service authorized by InDriver. In the morning I booked a cab from this app PB01C2163 - Cab number and Name of the driver - Amandeep. I booked the ride by mistake and I apologized for the same to the driver over the call. Unfortunately he was too rude over the call and misbehaved with me over the call and messages.
He is harassing me by making ample of calls on my registered number - [Protected]along with posting the threat messages on my number buy using abusive language. I have already mailed the complaint on your customer care email address and have shared the screenshots of his messages in the mail.
I humbly request you to give a warning to the driver for his behavior with the Customer so that he won’t repeat this in future with other customers. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable for me as a customer. What kind of service you are providing to your customers. This is disgusting that being a man your driver doesn’t even have sense how to talk with a female.
Please teach your drivers how to talk to their customers . Who gave him a right to use such an abusive language with a customer. Please cancel his liscence and make sure you first judge the behaviour of the person before giving him the job. A person who don’t even know how talk with a female is not at all an ideal person for providing customer service. This kind of behaviour is depleting your organisation’s reputation in front of others customers.
Please do the needful at the earliest. As still I am getting calls from annonymos numbers. He is making misuse of my number by circulating it to different cab drivers.
