We went to stay in a rent house from 21 april. may month we had wedding so house was empty, june we were in that house, july again i had police training so again house was empty, august, sept we were in that house.

October we shifted to new house because the rent amount was costing heavy for us. We stayed for 3 months out of 5 months. The house is super clean when we left and we cleaned the house before leaving. But now owner wants to deduct 10,000 from our 50 k rent deposit amount.

There is no paint conditions in the agreement. We had given 50 k rent deposit, we stayed for 4 months and as per agreement we have given 2 months time since we left within 11 months.

Now owner wants to deduct 10 k from deposit for paint and other things but before leaving we have cleaned the house properly and there is no mention of paint in the agreement.

The owner wife had told that they wont deduct any money when we were shifting,. Now they took 2 months time and now they are saying that they will deduct 10,000 rupees from 50 k rent deposit and even answering our calls properly
