Hi my dear sir/mam. I am mallikarjun rao.i am raising a complaint on my ex house owner. my owner cheating me. please take a action. I am giving advance amount to my house owner when I am shifting to his home. He is telling to me my advance amount is back to me when I am vacating the house. I trusted him but he is bothering every month for rent before the month end.i am stayed in his house just 5months I am not tolerate that nonsense. So I am decided to shift to another house. He is telling my amount give back to me later. He is not giving my advance amount back when I am vacating house. He is say I will give the money later in that time. After the shipping the house he is escape from my phone calls he did’ t attend my call and his house locked always.and also he is blocked my number I am fully tried to get him. Visit his house number of times but he is escape from me. He is bothering me badly I hope you understand my situation sir. I am very poor sir. I am working as a daily labour. I am coming from poor family.not well educated.i am taken a help to this complaint from my friend. I don’t know what to do. Please help me sir.
