This is in regards with the my lost baggage. The incident happened on 23rd December 2019 while I was travelling with my wife from Delhi to Bagdogra. My check in luggage was lost by comany which i handed over during check in. I had reported this incident with the Indigo team at the airport and filed a FIR at the Bagdogra Police station. Then to claim my insurance I contacted reliance genneral insurance. I was given a list of documents that i had to submit with them to get my claim. So I posted all the original hard copies to the company by speed post on 19 Mar 20. Which they claim to not have received. Then I had sent a mail attaching the soft copies of the documents. Post that they are keep on mailing us for the invoices of the items that were lost with the baggage. I have called several times to tell that we don't have any invoices of the bag as nobody keeps the invoices in a view to produce it as a poof in future. But they are still not ready to process it. They are just sending us reminder mails. I have requested them to connect me with a higher authority but none has contacted me yet. I am highly disappointed with the response and level of help that has been provided to me by this reputed company. I therefore request you to kindly persue my case with company and order the company to refund my claim at the ealiest. Thanks
