I, sreedhara p n,have met with an accident near hoskote Bangalore on 1st july 2022 while driving in my kwid car with number-KA04MX9357, later I filed a complaint in hoskote Police station and took acknowledgement ,then I towed my vehicle to Whitefield Trident Renault showroom next day,I submitted all the documents for insurance claim ,I have car insurance policy with reliance general insurance with policy number [Protected]showroom person by name Santhosh has told me that repair work will start once the approval is done from insurance company and assured it will take 3-4 days for approval.
I got a message from reliance general insurance on 8/7/22 that my vehicle survey is completed with claim number [Protected]and appointed a adviser with name Akash and mob number-[Protected],since then he is unnecessarily delaying the process and not yet approved the claim,I have zero depreciation on consumables policy ,showroom person is saying estimation for repair is 2.5 lakhs but he is not ready to approve that much and akash is telling they can approve only 1.4 lakhs but my cars idv value is 3.71 lakhs,showroom person by name santhosh told me that 70% of idv value which comes to 2.59 lakhs can be claimed through insurance but till now they have not approved insurance claim and my cars repair work not yet started.
I'm a doctor by profession and suffering a lot without my car,its been 1 month since I met with an accident but still my cars repair work is not started,this is the case with vehicle insurance people they are looting innocent peoples money in the name of insurance but when it comes to settlement of claim they are not ready to disburse the amount,so i kindly request you take necessary action against the company and service advicer by name Akash.
