Regarding my BPL TV Display Issue

I purchased BPL Tv in reliance store on MARCH-2022..With in 3 months TV display issue came..Raised complaint through customer care.. Technician came and said some mother board issue and New piece will replace but almost 1 month completed...Now we are following up reliance store persons they are simply saying that no alternate pieces is there to exchange.
If required take another company tv with extra payment..While purchasing time they given one commitment and now they are changing there words..worst service they are providing don't buy BPL tv's and don't purchase in reliance store..Customer service is zero.I cheated Because of the sales persons fake promises.
