I had ordered a laptop on 29th Sept choosing the express delivery option.. I had called them before placing the order stating an urgent need and they said that there would be no issue, just place the order. After placing the order, they did not deliver the laptop stating that there was a billing issue from their end and they needed time to fix it, Since then, I have contacted them over the phone multiple times, I have emailed their CEO Desk [PROTECTED]@ril.in as well to no avail.
They just keep responding in copy paste emails saying to give them more time... it has been delayed day after day and today when I called and asked them to cancel it, they are stating that since it's a delivery order, it can only be cancelled on your doorstep by refusing to accept the order.. The problem is that they haven't even shipped it yet so how can I cancel.. They are not delivering the product and not initiating refund as well.... I have already lost my business that I needed the laptop for because of them...I am at my wits end.. This is my last resort. I need help.
