I had ordered a symphony air cooler on 8th April, 2022 from the reliance digital website. I did full payment through UPI. The expected delivery was on 9th April but they didn't deliver my order.

Later next day I complained about the same to the company customer support and they told that the order will be delivered on 13th April. But they failed to deliver the order on 13th April also.

So I tried talking to the customer support and they only said one thing that the order will be delivered soon but there was no action taken. Later I waited for a week but no resolution was given so I told them to cancel my order and initiate my refund.

They didn't initiate the the refund process. I tried calling the customer support, wrote multiple mails to them but no action was taken. Moreover they updated on the website that my order is delivered whereas I didn't receive anything.

They are doing fraud with me. Its already very late and I have waited almost for 3weeks. I hope I can expect that your team will take the right action and help me get my very hard earned money back to me soon.

I request you to please do the needful.I have attached all the proofs.
