Reliance Digital: Paid For The Product But They Refused To Give The Product Nor The Refund

I visited Reliance digital, jp nagar 2nd phase, bangalore branch to buy sony home theater. I selected a product and did the billing and paid the amount through phone pay Rs 7590 but they denied for the payment and also refused to give the product.

The store service person namely Roshan S Jaichand (who was showing and his behaviour was worst. they wasted my time and refused the payment though i have showed the payment transaction details with the transaction id but there was no help and they dis not give the product nor the amount.

I want the proper action to be taken against the store guy as well as the harassment the store people did to me mentally and the time they have wasted. Also i want the amount to get refunded to me along with the compensation for the harassment.

Please help me asap as i had commitments also that was my hard earned money and its not a small amount its nearly 8000 i have paid to them.
