Reliance Digital: Order Not Delivered, Taken Full Payment

I have ordered my product on 13th may, people who have ordered after me have received their products long ago. Everytime i raise a complaint or call, the only answer i get is that they are working on it.

It has been 14 days since the dispatch date yet there is no absolutely no help from the support team. Raised innumerable callbacks, written many emails yet to no avail.

Paid the entire amount of 50k for the order but did not receive a confirmation email as well. They have taken the money and are harassing customers without providing a resolution.

I want to know why is there a massive delay with my order,when it will be shipped and I don't want the same answer of technical glitch. I want a proper resolution as to why my order is delayed and by when it is going to be dispatched.

I have saved 50k over the past year just so I can buy this product but it seems all my complaints and everything have fallen to deaf ears. I have even written to reliance CEO BM Bade, the CS head as well as numerous escalation mails.

This is my last resort and i hope this will force them to atleast take heed of my order and not stow it away as it very clearly that reliance doesn't care about its customers. Order ID: RDF[Protected].
