Reliance Digital: EMI ISSUE

I have purchased I phone 13 pro max from Reliance Digital Gwalior. There was a cash back of 5000Rs and No cost Emi for 6 months. The Bill which they handed over to us had 19% interest rate and no mention of Emi.

The phone was purchased on 1 Jan 2022. The phones original Cost was 129900. After adding the 19% interest. The phones cost went over 137000. I have also not received any cashback.

While Buying the phone the Store staff was extremely Rude and Pressuring us to buy a service for my phone. When we refused they started arguing with us and constantly asking us to buy a service which could provide benefit to them.

It took us 1 hour to tell them that we didn't want any kind of service. After that when we we told them that we want to avail a no cost emi and cashback offer they didn’t listen to us properly and opted for interest emi which is without any cashback.

We contacted with the HDFC banks loan department for this issue and they informed us that the store didn't selected for any Cashback and 0% Emi and we have to pay full amount of phone and also pay the 19% interest.
