I ordered a phone from Reliance Digital on 7th Sept,2022. The very next day that is 8th Sept,2022 I received a call who claimed to be the sales and promotion department of Reliance Digital. They informed me about my order with exact time of booking, model number of the product i booked plus my address which I had provided the previous day to Reliance Digital while registering with them.

I was asked by the caller to purchase a product worth Rs 5000 and was assured to receive a gift as it was claimed to be a promotion day sale. In fact I received a picture of the same along with a fake pdf attached on my personal whatsapp number.

Later i had a talk with a reliance digital executive who clearly informed me that it was a fake call. In fact the caller had the guts to call me back and abuse me. Clearly my personal data such as my address, my phone number was breached because of Reliance Digital.

The desirable Resolution of my complaint would be a penalty and a legal action against the company so that no further fraud incidence takes place in future and my personal data is secured.
