My bus ticket was rescheduled without notifying me. I booked 3 tickets this Saturday from kanhaiya travels for 20th 7pm. I received a random call and the person asked me to reach boarding point by 5:30 pm.
Assuming the festival traffic I thought he asked me to reach early as this happens every time when we travel on festival days. This was a 16 sec call. I check my red buss app, it was showing that my ticket is at the same time (7pm with kanhaiya travels).
Around 5:30 I received another call and the person informed me that your tickets are with Laxmi holidays and the bus is departure now. I again opened my redbus app and queried about my boarding time and I got the answer that my bus ticket is with kanhaiya travels and is at 7pm.
And when I rechecked about kanhaiya travels it was showing departured. In this scenario, i want my refund as i haven't traveled and won't pay money for 3tickets which I haven't traveled. We rely on redbus not at any bus operator.
If my tickets is being rescheduled, redbus is liable to inform me or update it on my application. I have been chasing their customer service from past two days for my refund.
Attached are all the screenshots which clearly shows the redbus fault. I want my refund ASAP. I am using different applications to book my tickets, i am a frequent traveler.
This has never happened to me with intercity or goibibo etc. They update on application and even call me to notify.
