I had booked travels for my spouse , and wrote this feedback on behalf of her. Your service is very poor .Women's safety is not a part of your people. I had booked the following train from your redbus amp on 12/05/2022 from Sangamwadi Parking No. 3 to Burhanpur.

I was repeatedly complaining to your co-driver (conductor) that Is am sitting in the driver's cabin was repeatedly looking at me differently, so please close the main door so that I would not be disturbed.

I was traveling alone from Pune to Burhanpur, but I was feeling uncomfortable. By repeatedly complaining to them, the answer would be very unexpected. I am what is bothering you then.

Besides, he was not giving any understanding to the passer-by or closing the door. What exactly should a single woman do in this situation? There was a strong smell of alcohol while traveling.
