redBus: Regarding Bus Booking Fraud

We had bus booking on 23rd Feb 2021 from Goa to Pune ...from redbus traveling app ... next day we wear checking booking details that time we got msg on redbus app that bus has been cancelled by operator your money will get refund within 5-7 days.we forgot to take a screenshot of that msg. and we booked the another bus paid the amount one more time...we did not call redbus that time and came to pune with second booking.

While traveling time after we board the bus we got one call they were asking for our location we said that we are traveling to pune already.we got msg that your bus has been cancelled by operator.

Then that person said our bus never cancel we are not going to refund your amount. After we were trying to call redbus customer care but that was not connecting . we were trying since long time but they app did not allow to connect customer care.

We really disappointed by this we did not expect this at all ...now are trying to call redbus customer care but not succeed...please help us.

Dear Sir, We had booked ticket from Mumbai to Lucknow ( Ticket No TQ[Protected]) Our Travel Date was on 07/04/2021 and we had been previously called to Teen Haat Naka, and then our boarding point was changed to mankoli saying that Bus is delayed by 2 hours, We waited there for 4 hours but we did not receive any response from Mr Navin aggarwal Phone No [Protected]Bus 13001/Pashupatinath Yatra Bus and Mr Naresh the driver Phone No [Protected]even he cheated us by selling our seat to other passenger. During this Lockdown period we dont have any option, Mr navin has cheated us Our Names Mohd Laik [Protected]Mr Mufeed [Protected]Mr Sameer [Protected]Please contact us as soon as possible, as we are stranded in bhiwandi area Our total travel expense was 2500 of cabs which we hired to reach the boarding point We had very bad experience with Redbus, We feel we have been cheated and would not recommend any one from now onwards
