Poor Service No Response From REDBUS And Travels Team

Dear Team, Its very bad experience with REDBUS site. Today my brother book my ticket from red bus (delhi to Sikar) at per attach pics. But both mention travels numbers not attending my call. i wait at boarding location approx 3 hours. I think i miss my bus due to your team negligence. i tried both redbus cust care too.
They saying all service number are busy. i will never prefer REDBUS in future and inform everyone not to believe on REDBUS site ticket booking. It's not a responsible site for travelling. Now, i am bother about by ticket fees. who will revert back my amount. I think this mail consider as critical concern and revert back awaited.
