I was book my seat in sri krishan bus 18/07/2020 .by redbus seat no 10 , slp 7, 8.i was reached mithapur bus stand patna. but bus conductor not give me my seat. They sell my seat in high rate to another person after that. He given me my seat another bus and conductor forcefully sit me other bus. When i was say to conductor they abuse me and they threat me.

But that bus condition was extremely bad condition without any precaution of covid. There was alot of crowed.

When i was complaint to redbus but redbus costumer care not respond me and not give me any type of help.
