redBus: BUS TICKET NOT REFUND

On 27/11/2020, I booked a ticket from Delhi to Kangra and stopped the bus bus because of the agitation of peasant movement, due to which I could not go. I applied for tickets from the Red Bus app, but they did not bap my money, please help me.
