I booked for 3 tickets through redbus on kadamba travels for a journey from Mumbai to Goa on 18/11/21. The transaction was validated and the money was debited from my accounts however no e ticket or m ticket was . The customer care centers do not take calls and have a recorded msges. I need to atleast get my tickets from redbus or get my refund or credit note from them so i can process refund from my bank.
