The Employee Mrs Nilesh Patil from Punjab National Bank worli branch(0201) is trying to misguide me that the chargeback takes 30 days and refuse to take my application for chargeback. My money is stuck because of their application (pnb one) and i have to send that amount to someone which is very urgent but the bank employee is misguiding me that the chargeback will take 30 days where as the bank policy is of 3 to 4 day or maximum 7 days for chargeback. This guy always does this. Previous he misguided me with upi and this time he is trying to scare me to remove their burden of work. I told him that it only take 2 to 3 days but he is still refusing me and didn't took my chargeback form. Please take a strick action against him. He can't just do this to the customers again and again.
