Not Received Refund from Amazon

GAUTAM BUDDHA NAGAR, Uttar Pradesh, India
A refund of ₹14799 has been initiated by Amazon India on 17th sept 2023 and provided RRN [Protected]. But I've not received the refund even until today i.e.28th sept 2023. The customer care of PNB has declined to raise any complaint even with the RRN. The customer care of Amazon stated they can't help me further as they've provided the RRN. This the best they can do. Kindly help me as soon as possible.
