Punjab National Bank: Not Activating The Account For Last 4 Months

Hello Team, This is to inform you that I have opened a new account in the month of June in PNB Dhampur. They had opened the account but the account is on freeze status since then and I have lodged complaint regarding that they have been delegating their task to one another.

My father was expired on April 26 due to covid and I have some funds deposited in the account which I am not able to access for my daily needs. I made uncountable visits to the branch and they have been saying the same. All the documents are well submitted and uploaded.

Even the branch manager does not know why the account is not getting activated from the centre office. I request you to please take instant action against the PNB branch Dhampur as it is complete harassment and negligence of of customer emotions and needs.

We have submitted all the money to the account and do not have enough money to manage our daily expenses and we are struggling a lot. Please take a strict action against the branch manager as it is very important for them to understand this. Below is the customer ID for the Bank Account.
