Money Not Reflect In My Bank

I have deposited 2000 in Punjab National Bank Cash deposit ATM on date 05/08/2021(9:40 am) but money not reflect in my bank when I contect PNB branch they ask to take us a some time but now its over a 1 month. I have complaint in bank bank is not justify answer to me. please help to me.
