Respect sir, I want to complain about the unprofessional behaviour of PROFESSIONAL COURIER company. They did not inform while accepting the shipment that the destination address is not in their area of operation.
And now they are asking me to come and collect the courier otherwise they will send it back. Please guide me what legal action can be taken against such unprofessional act of the company.
