I have sent a courier (health care documents for insurance purpose) via professional couriers. I have sent on 23-sep-21 in coimbatore opposite to ulavar santhai, which they confirmed us it will reach Hyderabad destination (ICICI Lombard health care) by Saturday 25-sep-21.

I'm registering complaint on 28 -sep-21 by today that still documents haven't reached Hyderabad address. I'm not receiving proper updates from singanallur branch and coimbatore head office branch(Lakshmi mills), point of contact for the issue is John. He is not giving proper updates and stating tracking issue is there.

Value of documents is Rs 55000. If documents is not reaching destination on time. It will get declined. My tracking ID is CJB8751167. Date of registration for shipment 23-sep-21. Kindly assist to help me on this issue to resolve asap without any problem occuring in insurance people. Take resolution for improper response from professional couriers.
