I have sent a package from Mahabubnagar to Hyderabad on July 8, 2021 with the tracking number MBN8667546. On July 12, 2021. Package was held at Patancheru branch from that day and it wasn’t delivered till today, I tried contacting the support and support manager was horrible. She promised me package delivery by July 16, 2021 and when I contacted today she told me to contact Mallesh who is working that branch.

I contacted him he was saying that they are not paying the boys and that is the reason packages are not delivered. I tried contacting their AGM balakrishna but he did not pick up the call. I tried to contact the customer support manager again she did not answer the call. I tried contacting their support through social media they raised and complaint and it was not resolved and no one contacted me yet.

I also contacted Mahabubnagar professional courier branch and the ladies I talked to tried contacting Patancheru branch but there is no response, my package has cloths which I needed to return which is worth 2000 INR and I need to return them or exchange it, because of this courier I am loosing time to exchange it.

I was told my the branch person that the package were held for past 3 months as they are not paying the boys to deliver the package which is completely their business related issue. Customer support manager was too horrible as she denied helping me on July 15th as I asked for branch person phone number. I tried calling customer support landline and they don’t answer the call at anytime.
