Courier Not Dispatched After One Month Also

I have couriered my Travelling Allowance(TA) documents on 24th August 2021 to Malerkotla branch Punjab from Sindhanur branch Karnataka. Malerkotla branch staff didn't answer my calls where the TA documents can wipe my data which is printed. After one month also didn't reach the documents to my company.
