I renewed the policy on 9th' feb 2023 for my car DL5CE 2303(i10 Era) which was about to expire on 11th Feb 2023(Which is expired now) through policy bazaar and made payment of rupees 5021/-. I requested many times for a call back from the policy bazaar but no call was received, then I made multiple calls to the policy bazaar and mailed many times but there was no response from your end. Every time I made a call to the policy bazaar executives said just wait for next 24 hrs you will receive soft copy of the policy and this is going to last 5 days.

Today the same thing happened again. The executive said you will receive it in the next 24 hrs, when i denied you can't give i am sure because from the last 5 days i am getting the same answer. After my discussion he said i have talked to my senior he confirmed you will get a soft copy by today evening. I said give me in writing, initially he denied but later on he sent a mail in which he just mentioned one liner "We will now deliver your copy within the next 2 hours." but the story is still the same.

I am feeling cheated by policybazaar. REAL FRAUD GOING OPENLY in PolicyBazaar. I don't understand what to do next. I don't want to continue with the policy bazaar anymore. My Policy Number is D0[Protected]. So kindly refund my all amount so that I can get a policy from another place.
