I am an customer from phonescape website and I have found it from Instagram. The cases are really pretty and beautiful. And I want to order the cases for me and my friend . We actually agreed and ordered same cases for our different phones . I actually ordered 2 purple pop holder mobile case from phonescape website . They said it can be delivered in 3-5 days. But I didn't received even after a week . So I sent an e-mail to them regarding of type time taking for the delievery. They sent the order two days after I sent my mail.
They didn't even noticed me that I am gonna get my order . It delivered after a long time and order is not mine. I only received 1 case instead of two . I received a leather phone case instead of pop holder grip phone case and it is not my phone model. So I cant adjust and keep it. How can a website be this negligence . I cant accept it . So I want to give it back and want refund fit. . Or I want my 2 pop holder grip ohone cases instead of refund it . So I am hoping you can help me to give it back and can refund me. And please reply to my complaint and tell me you would either exchange with my original order or refund it.

I have order 2 phone case on the website which I found on Instagram and it's 399 and the delivery charge is 50 rupees.and I got only one case that is also is another one .. I mail them about that but no response... They have no customer care no. Also ...... I want refund ..... Full amount is 450 rupees and I just frustrated about that....this is not right also thay said it's a sale thay offer 3 popsocket,air pods and total 4 gift item all are missing??so please give me my money back
