I have ordered two different models from wedges21 page for 250. They delivered it today which is not my order and only sent one pouch instead of two. I ordered two astronaut phone cases of black colour. Instead I received the G360 model plastic pouch which is not suitable for my model realme. It is already damaged and not at all good. It is so worst how can a page do such scams. Even if try to do a return from shadowFax website it is not accepting and gave me a number.

The number is fake and it is not working. How can they do such things to people when they are trusting. Its not at all fair to do such things to the people who are ordering. Please help me to get refund or the products I ordered. I am unable to handle this phone case. This is not the model I ordered. And also they gave me only one which is a Scam. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. There might be many people who are facing this issue.They didn't mentioned any contact information also. I hope you will resolve the issue soon. I am an customer from phonescape website and I have found it from Instagram. The cases are really pretty and beautiful. And I want to order the cases for me and my friend . We actually agreed and ordered same cases for our different phones . I actually ordered 2 purple pop holder mobile case from phonescape website . They said it can be delivered in 3-5 days. But I didn't received even after a week . So I sent an e-mail to them regarding of type time taking for the delievery. They sent the order two days after I sent my mail.

They didn't even noticed me that I am gonna get my order . It delivered after a long time and order is not mine. I only received 1 case instead of two . I received a leather phone case instead of pop holder grip phone case and it is not my phone model. So I cant adjust and keep it. How can a website be this negligence . I cant accept it . So I want to give it back and want refund fit. . Or I want my 2 pop holder grip ohone cases instead of refund it . So I am hoping you can help me to give it back and can refund me. And please reply to my complaint and tell me you would either exchange with my original order or refund it. ...

I ordered two phone covers for rupees 350 and the shipping charges were rupees 30 making it a whole amout of rupees 380 from an online shopping website which is phonecape.shop but I only received one phone cover inside the parcel and that too was different from what I ordered on website. The company mentions are also not present on the delivery receipt. No name of the company is provided on the parcel by the company.

There is no customer care number mentioned on the delivery receipt or on the website itself. I sent an email to the email address provided by the website but got no replies from the the customer care service of the company. I just want to return this product and want my money back anyhow. I have the order confirmation email which was sent by that company to prove that the order was made for different product but when I received the order it wasn't the one I made the order for.

Please help me to solve this issue that I'm facing right now. I am ready to provide you with any of my support till my limits. Please help me to get my money....
