I had ordered a mattress from pepperfry on 21.10.2021 and was supposed to get delivery for the same on 27.10.2021 but till date ie 11.11.2021 I have no update regarding the product.
I have tried their chat support,call back facility,customer care number,customer care mail and grievance officer mail.While going for chat they make yoi wait for hours before a person comes online and we wont notice it or they done even come online.
They assure call back within 30mins but either i don't get callbacks and they call back after a 2 3 hours once and drop a message saying that they tried contacting you.
They always raise a ticket for mails but I have not received a single reply other than ticket numbers.I have tried cancelling the item but they are not allowing to do the same via their app.
I had twice talked with a representative both of whom assured a reply within 24 to 48hrs but its been days since I was conveyed the same.This is a complete disregard for consumer rights.
They have a 3.8 rating in playstore but when i read the reviews there are a setting of horrible reviews against them.This would be my last purchase from pepperfry. I need a complete cancellation of my product, a refund and compensation for such a delay and pathetic services.
