I ordered a wardrobe from pepperfry named Ujisato 6 door wardrobe ₹24898 and drawers for which are not functional. As they keep falling of even if pulled slightly. I requested case manager to either fit channels in it or make it functional or return it.
No resolution and I am stuck with this useless product, case manager have send a carpenter who just mentioned to company that we wanted channel fitting and failed to mention anything about drawer falling off.
Also just to cancel the product they are charging 2.5% cancellation fee as per there terms that is not fair. Everything company has been doing is not fair to customer their image shows a silver line in drawer that seems like channel but their real product lacks that.
I just do not get it why such named company is doing unfair business. Case manager is nikita and they called in twice today and due to some work i was not near to my phone.
So i called back and again a agent from call center said it will take 24 hours for you to receive a call from case manager. Last time an agent said that it took them 2 days to call me.
