Hello Sir/Madam,
This complain is in regards to the order no: [Protected]LL[Protected]S-PM20949. I had ordered a Yellow Metal Wall Sconces by Kapoor E Illuminations from Pepperfry and they provided me a with the wrong product.
The product does not match the specifications and shape as provided in the image on their application. When called the customer care about same, they denied the exchange.l with no proper rationale.
Request you to take an action against the misguiding and exploiting consumers by displaying incorrect image and provoking consumers to make a purchase by pepperfry.
Customer care had mentioned that they will look into this matter and will call me back in 24 hours. They did it bother to call me unless I kept on following up for 3 days.
There are also other items ordered from Pepperfry which was received and had issues with the finishing.
