Sir i have complaint file in national consumer complaint number is [Protected]. sir done three transactions two transaction of 2000 on 20 august and one on 10 september of 1000 paytm payment bank is saying your transaction is successfully transfered to merchants account.

When i say that if transactions is successful please provide me details that in which account my money was sent to because merchant is saying ask your bank to provide the transaction detail in which bank account money was sent if it is in our account we will refund it to you back but its already 25 days paytm is ignoring me.

Did not providing me details of my transaction and did not helping me paytm said wait for 15 days i waited patiently but now its already 25 days they are not providing me details that in which bank account my money was sent. i had done my transactions in paytm payment bank it is the first bank.

That did not providing the transaction details to their customers sir please help me to refund my money its 5000 but paytm is not listening me and neither helping me . i will be very thankful to you please help me paytm is saying payment is successful merchant is saying we don't get money on our platform neither.

I get services from merchants neither paytm helping me neither the merchants. Merchants app was teen patti real i have all the proof and evidence that i didn't get any services from merchants but they are not refunding my money neither paytm payment providing me transaction details that in which bank account my money was sent please help me.

Sir they are not refunding my 5000 rupees i will be very thankful to you please help me. i attach all the proofs with this merchants email id and merchants number which was given on merchants app i provide that screenshot also they are not helping me neither paytm neither teen patti real.
