Hey the company name of parimatch doing fraud in India. I make withdraw on 10th January. Its show me success on 11th January. when i said that I don’t get the amount in my bank account.

They said hamne bhej diya hai.. ab aap bank se pata karo ki payment kyu nhi aaya hai. I said send me transfer receipt. after that they provide me only a alternate number and said to me this is the your utr no. and now confirm with bank with this utr.

When i contact parimatch back and said bank denied provide any information without any receipt. then they told me go to your bank and provide us a bank latter which said amount is not added in your account.

Then I provide bank latter to parimatch. after there support team told me our expert is working on them. but I don’t understand how much time expert will take. it’s already around 45 days.

Now they are saying hamne payment bhej diya tha apki bank me jake confirm karo but they don’t provide me any transfer receipt. now its mentally harassment. lots time massage support team but they replied me with other answers and close my chat.
