We had bought a OnePlus device on 8th May which got delivered on 13th May from 14th May we are going to service centers and exclusive stores in kollam and kochi with loss of money time and work.

They are not agreeing to provide a replacement for same or return. The mobile is serviced thrice and they are expecting us to take the damaged device.
