Regarding OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z Bass earphone

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z Bass earphone last year where as one year warranty. But after 4 months earphones unable to turn on. Even one day one magnet of earphone came out and I fixed with glue. I am working in private sector and work suffered lot of due to such inferior product.
I even not got any reply from Amazon after updating complaint. After using another option for earphone I visited OnePlus service Centre for replacement of earphone under one year warranty period, they out rightly refused for replacement. Requested you intervene and help to get it replace.
