I purchased a OnePlus 9pro phone from office company portal for INR 49,999. The phone purchase date was May 14, 2022. After delivery when I checked the phone, i realised that phone states date of purchase as March 28, 2022.
Also, when I opened the package, there was tiny dust particles which i think cannot happen had the phone was packed in the company factory. I raised the issue with the company and they asked me to send multiple documents like phone picture, box image, invoice details etc.
And asked me to wait for 24-48 hours. The time has already gone by and they are not replying to me on an email, and when I called them to get an update they are saying that I need to visit the service centre.
It is evident from the invoice and the phone that they sold me a used phone/or an old phone. I have already submitted the documents over an email to the company and they emailed me that they have escalated my case to a senior person however nothing happened.
